To a solution of (1S,2R,3S,5S)—N2-(6-(2,6-dichloro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)quinazolin-2-yl)bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-2,3-diamine (42 mg, 0.094 mmol) in dichloromethane (1.9 mL) at 0° C. was added DIEA (0.025 mL, 0.14 mmol) and acryloyl chloride (0.009 mL, 0.11 mmol) and the reaction was stirred for 1 h. LC-MS indicated complete consumption of SM. The reaction mixture was purified by silica gel chromatography to yield N-((1S,2R,3S,5S)-2-((6-(2,6-dichloro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)quinazolin-2-yl)amino)bicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-3-yl)acrylamide (36 mg, 76%) as a pale yellow solid.
