Reaction Steps
5-Benzyloxy-2-{2-oxo-2-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-acetyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-iso indol-5-yl]-ethyl}-2H-pyridazin-3-one is prepared following preparation 15b from 1.38 g (6.80 mmol) 5-benzyloxy-2H-pyridazin-3-one (preparation 5c) and 2.08 g (7.14 mmol) 1-[5-(2-chloro-acetyl)-1,3-dihydroisoindol-2-yl]-2,2,2-trifluoro-ethanone (see preparation 23) in DMSO as solvent (purification via reversed HPLC chromatography).
