Procedure

(E)-3-{3-[4-({[2-(tert-Butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxy)-ethyl]-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl]-amino}-methyl)-benzenesulfonyl]-1H-pyrrol-3-yl}-acrylic acid tert-butyl ester (compound D5) is dissolved in dichloromethane (50 ml). Then it is added TFA and the mixture is stirred for 26 hours. After evaporation, the residue is washed with toluene.
