3-[({[1,6-Diethyl-4-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-ylamino)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-5-yl]methyl}-amino)carbonyl]benzoic acid (0.045 g, 0.1 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (2 mL) was stirred under argon at room temperature. HBTU (0.038 g, 0.1 mmol) was added followed by [5′-(aminomethyl)-2′-fluoro-3-biphenylyl]methanol (0.0231 g, 0.1 mmol) and triethylamine (28 μL, 0.2 mmol). The resulting mixture was stirred for three days. The solvents were pumped off and the residue was purified on the CombiFlash (12 g silica gel column) eluted with 70-100% EtOAc/hexane) to afford the title compound. LC-MS m/z 664.8 (M+H)+, 1.75 min (ret time).
