920 mg (2.2 mmol) of tert-butyl 2-[4-(2-bromo-5-chlorophenyl)-2-oxopyridin-1(2H)-yl]propanoate (racemate) were hydrolysed with TFA according to General Method 6A. Yield: 1110 mg (purity 93%, quant.)
