Reaction Steps
To the compound of Step 1 (0.040 g, 0.059 mmol) was treated as described in Example 19 Step 6. To the crude mixture was added 2 mL of THF and 1 mL of 1N NaOH. After a period of 18 h at 60° C., the mixture was evaporated and purified by RP-HPLC.
