Procedure
0.103 g of 1-[2,3-Dichloro-4-(2-methylenebutyryl)phenoxy]cyclobutane-1-carboxylic acid is dissolved 33 ml of 0.1N sodium bicarbonate and with isotonic saline to make a final volume of 100 ml. The water from all sources was pyrogen free. The solution is sterilized by filtration. This solution is 3 mM in active antisickling agent.
