To a solution of 5-(4-amino-6-{4-[1-(2-azetidin-1-yl-ethyl)-4-(4-fluoro-3-methyl-phenyl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl]-piperidin-1-yl}-pyrimidin-5-yl)-pyrazole-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (1.00 eq.) in DCM (1 ml), was added trifluoro-acetic acid (0.5 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 30 min. After removal of the solvent, the crude was purified by HPLC to yield the title compound. LC-MS (M+H=502, obsd=502).
