A mixture of {3-[4-(1-{[2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy]methyl}-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]azetidin-3-yl}acetonitrile HCl salt (200 mg, 0.4 mmol) (Example 40, Step 3), 5-chloro-N-[(1S)-1-cyclopropylethyl]pyrazine-2-carboxamide (100 mg, 0.46 mmol) in N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.7 mL, 4 mmol) in a sealed vial was stirred at 120° C. for 1.5 h. After cooling it was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by flash chromatography on a silica gel column with methanol in methylene chloride (0-5%) to afford the desired product (0.23 g).
