To a mixture of step A product, 3-c, (24 g, 127 mmol) and 2-(benzyloxy)acetimidamide (25.9 g, 127 mmol) in CH3OH (30 mL) was added with NaOCH3 (14.2 g, 254 mmol) and 30° C. overnight.
