(S)-tert-butyl 3-((7-(4-morpholinophenyl)pyrido[4,3-b]pyrazin-5-ylamino)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (0.11 mmol) was treated with HCl solution (in EtOAc, 4 N, 3 mL) at room temperature until the reaction was completed. The precipitates were collected by filtration and further purified by chromatography to afford the title compound. MS (m/z): 405 (M+H)+.
