A solution of (S)-tert-butyl 2-((7-(4-(4-(cyclopropylsulfonyl)piperazin-1-yl)phenyl)pyrido[4,3-b]pyrazin-5-ylamino)methyl)morpholine-4-carboxylate (52 mg, 0.09 mmol) and 2 mL of HCl-EA (5.0 N) in 5 mL of EA, was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The volatiles were removed in vacuo, and the residue was added to 5 mL of MeOH and 0.5 mL of NH3.H2O, was stirred at room temperature for 10 minutes. The volatiles were removed in vacuo, and the residue was purified by chromatography with MeOH/H2O (1:6˜5:1) to give 18 mg title compound. MS (m/z)=510 (M+H)+.
