Reaction Steps
To a suspension of 151 (380 mg, 0.68 mmol) in CH3OH (5.0 mL) was added K2CO3 (65 mg, 0.47 mmol) at room temperature. After 1.5 h, the resulting mixture was filtered, and then purified by preparative HPLC (reverse phase) to provide the title compound (145 mg, 55%) as an off-white solid.
