The intended compound was obtained by using 4-(5-(3-(azetidin-3-yl)-6-methyl-2,4-dioxo-1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-5-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)benzonitrile (prepared in Example 112) and formaldehyde according to the similar reaction and treatment method to those described in Example 69.
