PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of tert-butyl 4-(6-(6-(1-ethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridin-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl)piperazine-1-carboxylate (0.2486 mmol; 118 mg) in DCM (5 mL) and TFA (5 mL) was stirred at room temperature overnight. The mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by reverse phase HPLC to afford 6-(1-ethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-(6-(piperazin-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridine 101 (47.5 mg, 50%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 9.15-9.11 (s, 1H), 8.67-8.65 (s, 1H), 8.54-8.51 (s, 1H), 8.27-8.24 (s, 1H), 7.91-7.88 (s, 1H), 7.78-7.72 (t, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.24-7.18 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 6.80-6.74 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 4.26-4.17 (q, J=7.3 Hz, 2H), 3.65-3.56 (m, 4H), 2.96-2.86 (m, 4H), 1.46-1.41 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3H); MS (ESI) m/z: 375.1 [M+H]+
