Procedure

12 mg (0.11 mmol [2-(3-{3-[(8-Carbamoyl-quinazolin-4-ylamino)-methyl]-phenylcarbamoyl}-phenoxy)-ethyl]-methyl-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester were dissolved in 2 ml dioxane and 88 μl 4 N HCl in dioxane were added. The mixture was stirred overnight, filtered and washed with dioxane.
