Compound 1 (38 g, 249.6 mmol) and pyridine (21.7 g, 275.0 mmol) were dissolved in DCM (750 mL). (CF3CO)2O (57.7 g, 275.0 mmol) was added dropwise at 0° C. After that the reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 16 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with DCM (500 mL), washed with 1N HCl, concentrated. The residue was purified by silica gel column (PE:EA=10:1), afforded compound 2 (45 g, 72%) as white solid.
