4-(4,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-6-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indazole (20 mg, 0.064 mmol), (2-amino-5-bromopyridin-3-yl)(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)methanone (PREPARATION x56, 1 mL, 0.096 mmol), sodium carbonate (27.2 mg, 0.256 mmol), and PdCl2(dppf)CH2Cl2 (5.23 mg, 6.41 μmol) were sealed in a vial, which was heated to 135° C. for 30 minutes in a microwave reactor. The reaction mixture was purified by preparative HPLC, eluting with ACN/H2O (containing 0.05% TFA). The product-containing fractions were dried to give a TFA salt of the title compound as a tan solid (9.73 mg). ESI-MS m/z [M+H]+ calc'd for C19H19F3N6O, 405.2. found 405.3.
