Yield: 97.5% of theory, Melting point: 56-58° C., 1H-NMR spectrum (200 MHz, CDCl3, signals at ppm): 1.56 (s, 1H); 2.52 (s, 3H); 3.0 (t, 2H); 4.22 (t, 2H); 4.51 (s, 2H); 7.03 (dd, 1H); 7.23 (d, 1H); 7.33 (AB, 4H); 7.77 (d, 1H).
