To a solution of 0.547 g (1.187 mmol) of the product of Example 322 in 10 mL of methanol and 3 mL of THF was added 0.045 g (1.187 mmol) of sodium borohydride. The reaction was stired for 2 h at room temperature and then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was diluted with ether and washed with 5% HCl and water, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo to provide 0.549 g (100%) as a colorless oil. Electrospray Mass Spec: 464.2 (M+H)+.
