4-[7-(3,5-Dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)-4-phenyl-4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5,4-de][1,4]benzoxazin-2-yl]piperazine-1-carboxylate (Example 60) was stirred in 4 N HCl for 15 min. at room temperature and evaporated. Purification by preparative LCMS at pH 10 gave the desired compound which was isolated as the dihydrochloride salt. LCMS calc. for C24H26N5O2 (M+H)+: m/z=416.2. found: 416.2.
