Procedure

(4S)-2-(1,4-diazepan-1-yl)-7-(3,5-dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)-4-pyridin-2-yl-4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5,4-de][1,4]benzoxazine (5.8 mg, 0.013 mmol) and sulfamide (7.8 mg, 0.081 mmol) were dissolved in pyridine (0.71 mL) and the solution was heated at 120° C. for 3 min in a microwave. The mixture was diluted with methanol and purified by preparative LCMS using pH 10 buffer to give the title compound (5.1 mg, 74%). LCMS calc. for C24H27N7O4S (M+H)+: m/z=510.2. found: 509.7.
