Reaction Steps
The product was prepared according to General Procedure 1, described in Example 1, starting from 7-chloro-3-methylbenzothiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride (Intermediate 6) (30 mg, 0.10 mmol) and 5-(3-amino-phenyl)tetrazole (34 mg, 0.21 mmol) giving 20.2 mg (50%) of the title compound. MS (ESI+) calcd for C16H12ClN5O2S2 405.012094, found 405.012294.
