A mixture of 206g (93.6 mg, 0.15 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (65 mg, 1.5 mmol) in THF/i-propanol (5:3, 8 mL) and water (2 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated in vacuo and diluted with water (3 mL). It was then extracted with ethyl acetate (2×10 mL). The combined ethyl acetate extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 206 (35 mg, 42%) as white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 582.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CHCl3) δ 8.62 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 8.51 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (s, 1H), 7.76 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.12-7.10 (m, 1H), 6.90 (s, 1H), 6.81-6.80 (m, 1H), 5.07-5.04 (m, 1H), 4.77 (t, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 4.64-4.62 (m, 1H), 4.52-4.50 (m, 1H), 4.33-4.30 (m, 1H), 4.16-4.10 (m, 2H), 3.97-3.88 (m, 3H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.25-3.24 (m, 2H), 2.63-2.57 (m, 4H), 2.51 (s, 3H), 1.93-1.91 (m, 2H), 1.80-1.79 (m, 2H).
