The title compound was prepared according to the procedure as described for step-6 of Intermediate-26 by using methyl 4-(3-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate (Intermediate-21, 0.150 g, 0.380 mmol), 4-(methylthio)aniline (0.079 g, 0.570 mmol), trimethyl aluminium (2M solution in toluene) (1 mL) and dry toluene (5.0 mL) to afford 0.080 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 2.46 (s, 3H), 3.94 (s, 3H), 7.26 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.69-7.72 (m, 6H), 7.78 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.82 (s, 1H), 10.06 (s, 1H), 12.76 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 501.0 (M)+.
