A mixture of 244d (90 mg, 0.15 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (60 mg, 1.5 mmol) in THF/i-propanol (5:3, 8 mL) and water (2 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was diluted with water (3 mL). It was then extracted with ethyl acetate (20 mL×2). The combined ethyl acetate extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 244 (25 mg, 30%) as white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 566.4. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.74 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.51 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 8.16 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.91 (s, 1H), 7.87 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.59-7.57 (m, 1H), 7.35 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 6.85-6.83 (m, 1H), 6.33 (s, 1H), 5.04-5.01 (m, 1H), 4.67-4.65 (m, 1H), 4.44-4.39 (m, 1H), 4.33-4.29 (m, 1H), 3.95-3.91 (m, 1H), 3.86-3.83 (m, 2H), 3.76-3.74 (m, 1H), 3.73 (s, 3H), 3.62-3.59 (m, 1H), 3.16-3.13 (m, 2H), 3.02-2.95 (m, 2H), 2.84-2.83 (m, 2H), 2.39 (s, 3H), 2.05-2.02 (m, 2H), 1.90-1.87 (m, 2H).
