PROCEDURE

实验过程

A 25-mL single-neck round-bottomed flask equipped with a magnetic stirrer was charged with 287j (60 mg, 1.0 eq., 0.098 mmol), lithium hydroxide (12 mg, 5.0 eq., 0.49 mmol), i-propanol/THF (4/4 mL), and water (1 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 287 as a yellow solid (24 mg, 43%). MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 568.9. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.49 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.99 (s, 1H), 7.72 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.44 (s, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 6.91 (s, 1H), 5.74 (s, 1H), 5.04-5.02 (m, 1H), 4.64-4.62 (m, 1H), 4.56-4.54 (m, 1H), 4.39-4.37 (m, 1H), 4.17-3.92 (m, 4H), 3.86-3.84 (m, 1H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.45-3.37 (m, 1H), 3.17-3.14 (m, 1H), 2.89-2.81 (m, 1H), 2.64-2.58 (m, 4H), 2.48 (s, 3H), 1.93-1.89 (m, 2H), 1.81-1.80 (m, 2H), 1.46 (d, J=6.5 Hz, 3H).
