The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example-31, by using methyl 4-[3-(2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]benzoate (step-2 of Intermediate-9, 0.100 g, 0.28 mmol), 5-chloro-2-methyl aniline (0.062 g, 0.43 mmol) and trimethyl aluminium (2M solution in toluene) (0.5 mL) to afford 0.059 g of desired product. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 2.23 (s, 3H), 7.23 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.53 (m, 2H), 7.59 (m, 1H), 7.71 (m, 1H), 8.10 (br s, 4H), 9.98 (br s, 1H), 12.76 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 457.18 [M]+.
