The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described for Example-31 by using methyl 4-(3-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate (Intermediate-21, 0.100 g, 0.25 mmol), 4-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline (0.069 g, 0.38 mmol), trimethyl aluminium (2M solution in toluene) (0.5 mL) and dry toluene (5.0 mL) to afford 0.050 g of desired product. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 4.09 (s, 3H), 7.52 (t, J=9.6 Hz, 1H), 7.88-7.68 (m, 6H), 8.25 (s, 8.25 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 10.37 (s, 1H), 12.74 (s, 1H); MS (m/z): 540.91[M]+.
