The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described for Example-31 by using methyl 4-(3-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate (Intermediate-21, 0.100 g, 0.25 mmol), 2-fluoro-5-(trifluoromethyl)aniline (0.069 g, 0.38 mmol), trimethyl aluminium (2M solution in toluene) (0.5 mL) and dry toluene (5.0 mL) to afford 0.035 g of desired product. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 4.06 (s, 3H), 7.59 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.77-7.68 (m, 5H), 7.84 (s, 1H), 8.09 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 8.67 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 10.38 (s, 1H), 12.79 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 540.92 [M+H]+.
