Prepared according to general procedure 1 (GP1) using methyl 5-amino-5-(2-methoxynaphthalen-1-yl)pentanoate and 3-(5-methylthiazol-2-yl)benzaldehyde. Subsequent purification by preparative HPLC afforded the target compound. LC-MS (conditions A): tR=0.92 min.; [M+H]+: 443.13 g/mol.
