Procedure

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example-108 by using 5-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-2-(4-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3(4H)-one (Intermediate-81, 0.300 g), pivaloyl chloride (0.3 mL), TEA (2.0 mL), dry THF (5 mL) to afford 0.065 g of the desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.12 (s, 9H), 4.30 (m, 2H), 7.61-7.69 (m, 3H), 8.16 (br s, 1H), 8.25 (br s, 2H), 12.73 (s, 1H); MS (m/z): 489.47 (M+H)+.
