Reaction Steps

To a solution of 5-(3-(benzyloxy)prop-1-en-2-yl)pyrazin-2-amine (91 mg, 0.377 mmol) in methanol (3771 μL) was added Pd/C (40.1 mg, 0.377 mmol) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature under hydrogen balloon for overnight. The reaction mixture was filtered through Celite, washed with methanol and EtOAc. The crude material was used in next step reaction without purification. LCMS (m/z): 244.2 (MH+), 0.62 min.
