Reaction Steps
The above spiro alcohol (27 mg, 0.19 mmol), N,N′-disuccinimidyl carbonate (52 mg, 0.204 mmol), Et3N (25 mg, 0.25 mmol) in CH3CN (5 mL) were stirred for 12 hours, following the same conditions as described for compound 22 to obtain compound 26 (22 mg, 40%). 1H NMR (CDCl3, 200 MHz): δ 4.7 (m, 1H), 3.8 (m, 2H), 2.8 (s, 4H), 1.5-2.1 (m, 10H).
