Prepared analogously to Example 1i from 80 mg (0.17 mmol) (R)-2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-1-carboxy-ethyl 4-(2-oxo-1,2,4,5-tetrahydro-1,3-benzodiazepin-3-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylate, 77 μL (0.55 mmol) triethylamine and 46 mg (0.17 mmol) 4-methoxy-[1,4′]bipiperidinyl (used as the bis-hydrochloride salt).
