A solution of the product of Example 18C (1.25 g, 3.91 mmol) in THF (50 mL) was treated with 7N methanolic NH3 (5.6 mL, 3, 9.1 mmol), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 6 hours. The mixture was partitioned between EtOAc and H2O, and the separated organic phase was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated under reduced pressure. Silica gel chromatography (98:2 to 95:5 CH2Cl2:CH3OH eluant) provided the title compound as a pale yellow solid, 1.27 g (97%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.12 (s, 1H), 6.6-7.8 (br, 2H), 6.99-7.13 (m, 3H), 4.08 (m, 1H), 2.73-2.92 (m, 4H), 1.84-1.92 (m, 1H), 1.60-1.68 (m, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 337 (M+H).
