The product of Example 384A (195 mg, 0.36 mmol) in a mixture of trifluoroacetic acid (5 mL) and dichloromethane (5 mL) was stirred for three hours at 25° C. The solvents were removed under reduced pressure. The residue was triturated with hexanes/ethyl acetate (1:1) and filtered to give title compound (114 mg, 65%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.14 (d, J=4.04 Hz, 2 H) 0.41 (d, J=7.35 Hz, 2 H) 1.02 (m, 1 H) 2.86 (d, J=6.25 Hz, 2 H) 4.88 (s, 2 H) 6.44 (s, 1 H) 7.39 (m, 3 H) 7.67 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1 H) 7.89 (m, 1 H) 8.10 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1 H) 8.17 (dd, J=1.47 Hz, J=6.62 Hz, 1 H) 13.16 (s, 1 H) 14.07 (s, 1 H) 15.12 (s, 1 H). MS (ESI−) m/z 483 (M−H)−.
