A solution of the product of Example 465 (0.790 g, 1.2 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (80 mL) and methanol (20 mL) was treated with 10% palladium on carbon (200 mg) and stirred for 24 hours at 25° C. under a hydrogen atmosphere. The reaction was filtered through Celite® (diatomaceous earth) and the filtrate concentrated under reduced pressure to provide the title compound (0.500 g, 83% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.58 (m, 1 H) 1.67 (m, 1 H) 2.03 (m, 4 H) 3.78 (m, 1 H) 6.56 (s, 1 H) 7.39 (s, 2 H) 7.44 (t, J=7.54 Hz, 1 H) 7.52 (m, 1 H) 7.64 (m, 2 H) 7.89 (t, J=7.91 Hz, 1 H) 8.07 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1 H) 8.17 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1 H) 10.06 (s, 1 H) 14.09 (s, 1 H) 15.14(s, 1 H). MS (ESI−) m/z 503 (M−H)−.
