A solution of [(1S,2R,5S)-5-[2-cyclopropyl-5,7-dihydro-6H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl]-2-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)cyclohexyl]amine described in Example 2 (30.0 mg) in methanol (6 mL) was stirred with 10% palladium on carbon (6 mg) for seven days and the resulting product was purified by preparative TLC (silica, 7:93 methanol/dichloromethane) to give the title compound. LC-MS 387.3 (M+1).
