This compound may be prepared using methods as described for Compound 6, step 1 using 5,8-dibromo-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrazine (0.5 g, 1.799 mmol), 3-fluoro-4-morpholin-4-yl-phenylamine (0.53 g, 2.70 mmol), and DIPEA (0.470 mL, 2.70 mmol) in 2-propanol (6 mL). The reaction mixture is partitioned between 10% citric acid aqueous solution and DCM. The organic phase is separated and washed with water and brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated under vacuum to afford the title compound (697 mg, 98%) which is used in the next step without further purification. LCMS: Rt 3.52 min (98.2%).
