A solution of Intermediate 50a (280 mg, 0.345 mmol) and TBAF (1M in THF, 0.41 mL, 0.41 mmol) in THF (3 mL) was stirred at RT for 0.5 h. Water was added and the mixture extracted with DCM (3×15 mL). The combined organics were concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by FCC, using 0-14% MeOH in DCM, to give the title compound (154 mg, 68%). LCMS (Method 5): Rt 3.52 min, m/z 655.2 [MH+]. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO): 1.26 (9H, s), 1.82-2.26 (11H, m), 2.31-2.39 (1H, m), 3.10-3.16 (1H, m), 3.99 (1H, d, J=8.2 Hz), 4.77-4.85 (1H, m), 5.35-5.42 (1H, m), 6.28 (1H, s), 7.03-7.10 (2H, m), 7.22-7.38 (6H, m), 7.43 (1H, d, J=2.5 Hz), 7.75 (1H, dd, J=9.9 Hz), 7.99 (1H, s), 8.24 (1H, br d), 10.56 (1H, v br).
