To a solution of (2S,3R)-allyl 2-(((5-chlorobenzo[d]oxazol-2-yl)amino)methyl)-3-methylpiperidine-1-carboxylate (1.18 g, 3.248 mmol) and morpholine (2.8 mL, 32.48 mmol) in THF (30 mL) was added Pd(PPh3)4 (0.375 g, 0.32 mmol). The mixture was stirred at rt for 2 h. The solvent was removed in vacuo. The crude was purified via silica gel with 0˜100% EtOAc/DCM to obtain the title compound. ESI-MS (m/z): 280 [M+1]+.
