Reaction Steps
Prepared from 4.90 g of 4-(3,4-dibromophenylamino)-6-nitroquinoline-3-carbonitrile and 12.4 g of SnCl2.2H2O in the same manner as Example 378. There was obtained 1.25 g of 6-amino-4-(3,4-dibromophenylamino)quinoline-3-carbonitrile as a brown solid: mass spectrum (electrospray, m/e): M+H 416.9, 418.9.
