Reaction Steps
Protected amide 1-6 (576 mg, 1.26 mmol) was dissolved in 6.3 mL CH2Cl2, cooled to -15° C., and TFA (6.3 mL) was added. After 25 min the reaction was concentrated, providing amine 1-7.
