From 4-(3-ethyl-2-oxo-1-benzimidazolinyl)piperidine and 1,1-dioxido-2-(4-bromobutyl)-1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one (prepared as shown in Example 21) using the procedures described in Example 1 there was obtained a white solid as the freebase (from diethyl ether), melting point 124-25° C. Analysis calculated for C25H30N4O4S.0.4 H2O: C, 61.30; H, 6.34; N, 11.44; found: C, 61.34; H, 6.18; N, 11.47. The NMR was consistent with the structure.
