Reaction Steps
The product of Example 26 is dissolved in 2-propanol and concentrated NH4OH is added. The mixture is stirred at 25° C. for 24 h and then evaporated to dryness. The residue is triturated with Et2O (2×250 ml) and the ether discarded. The resulting product is chromatographed on a silica gel column to give the title compound.
