Procedure
Using the procedure of Example 2, 2.34 g of the product of Example 12, 25 ml of methanol and 5 ml of chloroform were reacted and 4.5 ml of 2N hydrochloric acid were added. The reaction medium was refluxed for one hour and after purification on silica with methylene chloride-acetone: 95-5 as eluant, crystallization from isopropanol was carried out to obtain 368 mg of the expected product (white crystals) melting at 209-210° C.
