Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 22% yield (83 mg, a pale yellow solid) from methyl 2-chloro-6-methylpyrimidine-4-carboxylate (300 mg, 1.6 mmol) and oxazol-2-amine (200 mg, 2.4 mmol) by the similar manner in Step-1 of Carboxylic acid-4.
