The title compound is prepared in 61% yield (380 mg, a white solid) from (5-bromo-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-3-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (450 mg, 1.4 mmol, Amine-67) and 2-acetamidoisonicotinic acid (250 mg, 1.4 mmol) by the similar manner in Step-1 of Example 8.
