TBAF (954 mg, 3.02 mmol) was added to a solution of (4-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl)-[(triisopropylsilanyl)-ethynyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (600 mg, 1.31 mmol) in THF (10 ml) at 0° C. The mixture was stirred for 1 hour at this temperature and was then warmed up to RT. H2O (15 ml) was added and the organic phase was extracted with Et2O (3×15 ml) and dried over Na2SO4. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the desired compound was obtained after purification by column chromatography (PE/AcOEt:80/20 to 75/25). The title compound was obtained as yellow solid.
